Many knew Mr. Abed for being one of the promoters of motorsports in Mexico and Latin America. Since 1966 began his career as a pilot, but it was in the 70s that he stood out as a car driver and motorcycles in categories such as tourism, standard, Rally and Formula Ford.

It was in 1985 that he created OMDAI (International Organization of Automobile Sports of Mexico). This organization has become the most important in Mexico and it gives many young people the opportunity to pursue their dream of being pilots with great effort.
